Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

At CMS creative media, we take pride in the quality of our children's books. Due to the personal nature of book sales, we only accept returns under the following condition:

Defective Items

You may return your book only if it arrives damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors, torn pages, binding issues). Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Process for Defective Returns:

1. Contact Us at [contact@christinastabile.com] within 14 days with:
   • Order number
   • Photo/video showing the defect
2. If approved, we’ll email a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Ship the book back in its original packaging within 7 days.
4. Upon receipt, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Qualifying Returns

We do not accept returns for: • Change of mind • Shipping address errors • Non-defective items
